Let's Talk About Sex Baby w/ Dr. Canary

As with many cultures, the topic of sex was and is taboo.  Being that a healthy sex life is part of wellness, the lack of conversations in our cultures have impacted many today. We are trying to break that cycle! We have Psychiatrist Dr. Canary with us today busting all the myths, educating us on how to introduce the topic of sex to kids, how to discuss sex with your partner, and how liberating sex can be the older you get. AlwayzASmile ,

Thank You!!!

I have been a faithful listener of this podcast since the very beginning. While I am not a medical professional, I am in the research field and have such a passion for ALL things health. What this podcast does is to bring awareness to the side of nutrition that many people do not have the privilege to hear. The information that is provided can truly change underserved communities as most health and nutrition data is not focused on people of color. This podcast has definitely re-motivated me to go back to school and get my Masters in Health Education and Promotion. People NEED to know how to change their lifestyles for the better. So, THANK YOU, Kim and Johane!!!
