My favorite weekly podcast

I originally followed Bai for her cookbook and recipes but was pleasantly surprised by the level of experts she has on this podcast! Truly my new favorite weekly go-to. I’m not plant based in any regard, but I love to incorporate her dishes into my everyday life for a healthier lifestyle. Also, buy her cookbook because she’s a rockstar!

Phenomenal podcast!

I listen primarily to health and wellness podcasts and recently discovered Chef Bai when she was a guest on one. I don’t know how I didn’t know about her podcast until now. She has talked on her pod with so many experts in the field lots of high profile names and covers so much relevant and up to date information. I’ve also discovered some new names & even some great new topics. I liked it so much I got her book which is also awesome!
