There are plenty of bad health, fitness, and nutrition professionals out there and our team doesn’t want you to be one of them. You’re joining Sam and the team over a decade into our journey to bridge the gap in our industry between macros, metabolism, muscle, and what some folks call “alternative health”

Sam has spent over the last decade in the health, fitness, and nutrition coaching space, and now helps other coaches improve their client results, retention, and revenue through his programs and podcast. Sam obtained his Masters degree from North Carolina State University, as well as his Bachelors of Science from Elon University in North Carolina. He has built his reputation as an online coach, educator, podcast host, and mentor dedicated to providing simple, yet strategic ways to amplify your results either as a coach or in your own transformation…. (without being a dick about it). Through workshops, classes, mentorships, and his specialization program Sam has served over 1,000 coaches around the globe just like you. In addition to his own programs, he has been featured as a speaker for companies like the social media giant "LinkedIn" as well as a guest contributor for brands such as Barbell Shrugged, Muscle Intelligence, T-Nation, Elite FTS, Tailored Coaching Method, Key Nutrition Podcast, Ever Forward Radio, and Active Life Rx.

If you’re here welcome to the community! We share the goal of learning all of the things pertaining to health, nutrition, performance and physique optimization without being a d*ck about it. You will find that many of our episodes integrate concepts and coaching ideas from common nutrition/fitness industry practices as well as functional-integrative, and alternative health.

Sam is the real deal

This podcast is great! Anyone interested in health, fitness, nutrition, etc… look no further. I’ve had the opportunity to work 1 on 1 with Sam in the past and have seen first hand the benefits of his knowledge in play. Not only is he extremely intelligent, but he’s an active learner (always on the cutting edge), and a genuinely good human. I’d rate this Podcast 5/5 Stars and rate the man behind it 6/5 Stars!
