    Let's Talk About... Stuff

    Let's Talk About... Stuff

How much stuff do we really need? The answer to that will be different for everyone, but the point here is that there is a massive difference between genuine need versus wants, and much of the stuff we own (or are encouraged to buy) falls into the ‘want’ category… which is fine, until it has negative effects on your life in terms of clutter, financial challenges and even, potentially, hoarding (or just an inability to let go of stuff). How do you deal with stuff in a healthy way? Well, that’s what I’m covering this week in this week’s episode. So, let’s talk about mental health!

    Let's Talk About... Yes

    Let's Talk About... Yes

Saying yes to new opportunities, and looking for possibilities rather than problems, is an invitation to yourself to grow. However, bearing in mind that last week I talked about saying ‘no’, it’s important to be thoughtful and considered about what you choose to say ‘yes’ to… and that’s what I’m covering this week in this week’s episode. So, let’s talk about mental health!

    Let's Talk About... No

    Let's Talk About... No

The word ‘no’ is (in my opinion) the second-greatest word in the English language (and next week I’ll tell you what the greatest is!) because it enables you to set and maintain healthy boundaries… however it can be tough to know how to say it with kindness… and that’s what I’m covering this week in this week’s episode. So, let’s talk about mental health!

    Let's Talk About... Self Doubt

If we let self doubt hold us back from being the best we can be, then we are stealing our own happiness and life satisfaction from ourselves — which is why something must be done to deal with self doubt head on… and that’s what I’m covering this week in this week’s episode. Practical, impactful tips and stories

Listening to Jeremy is like listening to an old friend. While his voice and tone alone are enough to lower your blood pressure, his content is truly impactful for anyone who is looking to improve their day to day mental health. While it’s great to listen to week by week, I also love to scroll the older episodes and find any word or feeling I’m struggling with that week and listen. In about 20 minutes, I’m guaranteed to feel more at peace. I highly recommend listening!

Practical tips from someone who’s ~been~ through it

Really glad I found this podcast!
I love how he breaks down each episode to focus on all aspects of a specific issue. His episodes are not too long, easy to digest. Plus, he has a good sense of humor so his episodes are never dull. Highly recommend to anyone! (Especially now that we’re all going through something during this pandemic)
