Syfy's Face Off: the Monster High episode
Face Off was a reality gameshow in which SFX makeup artists competed. Episode 3 of Season 11 found them at Mattel HQ creating concepts for a live action MH film.

Great show! I listened to the Monster High episode and It reminded me of the Netflix show, The Toys that Made Us, but as a podcast. Very entertaining! 5 stars
