Love the mental tools!

Since listening to this podcast, I’ve started planning my meals and paying attention to my body. I’m getting better at noticing when I’m satisfied. That alone is a gift I’m so grateful for. I used to say I never get full. Now I’m learning to challenge thoughts like these and find new stories. I’m learning to tune in to myself and that’s better than any fad diet can give me. And the scale is going down for the first time in a very long time. It usually only goes up. It’s the mindset that is really the key.

I am so happy that I stumbled upon this podcast! I have binged so many of the episodes, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. The information that is discussed really opens your eyes as to why diet culture has never been a successful way of life.
