Zach Bitter is an American ultramarathon runner. He holds world records for the 100-mile run (track) and the 12-hour run (track).

Ep. 30 | Justin Wren | Defeat Hate With Love

Ep. 30 | Justin Wren | Defeat Hate With Love

Justin Wren is a heavy-weight mixed martial arts fighter, humanitarian, and all around incredible person.
Over a decade ago, the world got to know Justin through his successful career in the UFC – from starring in the Spike reality show “The Ultimate Fighter,” to becoming a dominating force in the heavyweight division, to his MMA record of 15-2. Today, the world knows Justin for the size of his heart and the amazing work he is doing in the world.
Following a six-year struggle with addiction and depression in his early career, Justin stepped away from MMA to seek out purpose and passion for his life. What he found was a forgotten tribe of Mbuti Pygmies deep in the jungles of the Congo, beaten down by economic enslavement, disease, and hopelessness.
Through his Fight For The Forgotten initiative, 1,500 members of this formerly enslaved people group are now free and flourishing on 3,000 acres of their own land with access to clean water and their own farms.
Today Fight For The Forgotten is working with a community of Batwa Pygmies in Uganda, supporting them with clean water, latrines, housing and agricultural tools and seed for farming, with the dream of them one day, in the not-too-far future, becoming self-sufficient, going from extinction to thriving.
Justin is an incredible story-teller, and has become a close friend of mine. His voice and his stories are exactly the kind that I want to be raising up on this podcast, and I am so excited to share this one with all of you.

Beautiful in every sense of the word

To know her is to love her. Hallie is a beautiful embodiment of authenticity, story teller and sage. Thank you for your medicine sister. Aho🙏🏽🤍🪶

Master Of Da Skies ,

Literally the best podcast

Where do I even start.? First off if you’re like me you may have found this podcast because of your interest in plant medicine. As much as Hallie Rose does provide a wealth of information about plant medicine, what she brings to the table is infinitely deeper than that. I can confidently recommend this podcast to literally anyone, even if you have no desire to ever sit in ceremony. Hallie brings an intimacy and wisdom to her show that is not just rare but nearly nonexistent in media today. IMHO there is no better podcast, believe me I listen to all the psychedelic podcasts and self help shows as well. It is my belief that there is an important place in the community for the feminine and I am so glad to see female leaders and teachers coming forward. But more than that, Hallie cuts to your very core with her openness, honesty, and insight. If you want to do the work and be better at life I can’t think of a better starting point. Forget Joe Rogan and Russell Brand, The Thought Room is where it’s at.

buzzin.exe ,

Psychedelic perfection

The spectrum of amazing people and experiences that are shared is among the best. My personal favorite. Hallie never fails to provide a loving and meaningful container for all the conversations held. If you want a podcast that you’ll be checking every week for, try this one!
