Christopher Plant sits down with Sean Hassett, Philly Philly multimedia street artist and graffiti tagger Sean Hassett, more widely known as Irregular. Explore the incidents and inspirations of Sean's life, good and bad, that made him who he is today.
Irregular’s new exhibit is now on display through January 31st, 2023. 

Christopher Plant hosts a roundtable discussion centered around mental health. On this episode, JP Weber, a visual artist, discuss his battle with his mental health issues and how art played a critical role in his life. Later, Rachel Haimovich- Board Certified Music Therapist, joins us to discuss the healing power of music. After, Arielle Ashford talks about how Yoga Nidra works and her mission of teaching yoga. And finally, Rachel Brandoff- art therapist, talks about mindfulness in creation and the necessity in respecting the art process.
