Opened a new wold

What a world that’s been exposed to me as a new rider in my 60’s, I listen to the science and pay attention to the experience and search ways to break it down to my age and level so I can apply the process. I’m in awe.

Excellent Content Terrible Audio

The best podcast on the science of cycling with undoubtedly the worst audio mix of any podcast in the history of podcasts. Guys. Please. Get some mics. Or at the very least do a simple audio mix. Changing the volume every time someone speaks makes this podcast almost unlistenable.
