Most Informative/Life Changing Podcast Out There

To say I’m grateful that I found this podcast is a serious understatement. Olivia has truly got me hooked on the world of Chinese medicine and herbalism, as well as functional medicine as a whole. The amount of insight and knowledge I’ve gained from listening to these podcasts while working has completely changed my perspective on life. Growing up, like Olivia, I ate many processed foods and refined sugars and am definitely paying for it now. Thanks to this podcast I was able to put words to the way I was feeling and gain a better understanding of health as a whole.
