The Progressives War on Fun | Noah Rothman

The Progressives War on Fun | Noah Rothman

Noah Rothman argues that the progressive left is closer in similarity to 16th century Puritans than the free-spirited, leftist hippies of the 1960s. By judging a person's moral character based on their clothes, Netflix queue, favorite foods, and the sports they watch, they've managed to suck the fun out of everything. Noah shows us how we can fight back against these "New Puritans," and ultimately, how we can live more meaningful and enjoyable lives by rejecting their oppressive judgments of moral character.
Noah Rothman is the associate editor of Commentary Magazine and the author of The Rise of the New Puritans: Fighting Back Against Progressives' War on Fun. Follow him on Twitter at @NoahCRothman.

The Progressives Attacks On Our Supreme Court | Senator Mike Lee

Great guests and insights

I am addicted to the information and insights that Dan offers. Congressman Crenshaw is a Statesman. Too often podcasts are political dribble. Hold these truths… is rich content. Enjoy it and learn from it. I certainly do.

From a late baby Boomer Squid to a Gen X Frogman. The 1981 movie Victory was a great football/soccer movie.
Super hero movies are for children not real men.
Matt Demon is a good actor and a stupid Democrat as are all democrats but Saving Private Ryan was one of my favorite WW2 films if you don’t count the HBO mini series Band of Brothers and of course Patton 1970 The Memphis Bell, We were Soldiers and many others but the Vietnam era movies that sucked because of guys like Stanley Kubrick.
I have seen them all including the black and whites from the 1940s. As far as westerns are concerned,
Tombstone and Silverado plus the original True Grit and the Horse Soldiers were also great and 1883 recently.
If you want a great movie your wife will love, watch My Fair Lady 1964.
It won 8 Acadamy awards when that ment something, was filmed in 70mm Panavision with Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison based on George Bernard Shaws book Pygmalion.
Its hilarious and you will get laid.
Its a Rogers and Hammerstein adaptation. Man up. You will love it.
