Most of the messages I get are questions about weight loss. I get it, you are thinking, “Ok great Kristal, you taught us about the importance of gut heath and Vitamin D, but I want to lose weight.” I want us all to be healthy. And if your goal is to lose weight, I want you to understand that you can lose weight in a healthy way and not by some extreme method.
