At the start of the first lockdown in 2020, Mark took to the mic with a half-hour show called Company Man. The Lighthouse is his return to providing a moment of calm, distraction, and company for late-night listening. (Not like that, though. I mean, you do you, but he's not a piece of meat.)
The Lighthouse is a warm and inviting space, where the only objective is to feel a little better going out than you did coming in.
Mark will be with you every night from Monday to Friday, and he's always keen to hear who else is listening.

A hug, please
Today is a bit of a low-ebb day, so if you have a spare hug lying around, it wouldn’t go to waste over here. All’s well though, and we embark in a nice long calming meditation today… as long as you’re OK with dogs. And, even if you’re not, it’s OK, this dog’s very friendly and won’t sniff your crotch or anything.

Customer Reviews
Friendly, Funny & Absolutely Heart-Warming
Mark’s voice has a soothing nature to it, as does his willingness to laugh at himself - it makes me feel less alone in how I view the world, & feel my way through it. His candid, cheery perspective is a ray of hope that I look forward to many others enjoying.
