Love this podcast! So grateful!

So grateful for Mindy’s explanation of hormones and fasting differently for women. Her information has helped me adjust my fasting windows according to my menstrual cycle, doing this stopped the hair loss and anxiety/stress I was feeling trying to fast the same way all month long. So grateful! Listening to her content is like listening to a good and happy friend!
