    Next door neighbor Mrs. Churchill testifies her discovery of Abby Borden's body upstairs in the guest room after Lizzie's urging played by Jody McCoy. She was the first responder.

    D.A. Hosea Knowlton masterfully traps Lizzie with her own words as she admits she was alone in the house with Abby Borden between 9:00 and 10:40 am when her father returned to the house. Soon thereafter, her father and then later, her stepmother is also found dead and she declares she was up in the barn loft "looking for sinkers" and neither heard nor saw anyone coming or going.

Wonderful Reenactment

A very ambitious project and a labor of love. The podcasts take you through certain, important aspects of the trial, giving you a sense of what it must have been like in the courtroom, in that time era. I enjoy listening to the podcasts while I'm driving. The work is solid.
