I am a first time mom and this is a great podcast to learn about introducing foods to my baby. I didn’t know where to start and feel a lot more confident even after a few episodes. They are the perfect length for busy seasons and it’s all the research I wish I had time to do smashed into a podcast. I only wish there were even more to listen to!
Alyssa is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable about nutrition and what to feed your little ones! She also brings up a lot of things I have never heard of before! Anyone who doesn’t think a more holistic way of living is beneficial, is obviously still asleep. I feel so much better with the knowledge I get from listening to Alyssa.
