Coach Jordan

I’ve been listening to Jordan’s podcasts for years now . He always backs up his information with science so his podcasts are my go to when I want answers on any topic . They are very informative and help navigate all of the nonsense that’s out there in the fitness world . I’ve also had the pleasure of having him as both my 1:1 coach and group coach . He’s literally the best of the best .

One of the good ones

Most fitness / nutrition podcasts are by Insta “influencers” trying to make a quick buck by spouting nonsense while trying to sell bogus products and programs. Jordan is one of the small percentage of good guys with factual and practical information. Wish I had found him sooner.

As a nutrition coach, a certified personal trainer, and also a client, I can promise you that everything you need to know about losing fat, building muscle, and becoming more fit can be found in this podcast. Jordan has the ability to teach and share his brilliance in a way that is never condescending and is always is clear, logical, motivating, and empowering. I will be forever grateful for all that I have learned and continue to learn from him. He is truly a rock solid foundation of truth and sanity in a world full of sandy falsehoods and misinformation.
