Intuitive Eating for Runners with Evelyn Tribole RD (re-release)
On this episode, which I am pulling from the vaults from 2021, I have the honor of chatting with dietitian legend, Evelyn Tribole (@evelyntribole on Instagram). Evelyn is one of the co-authors of best-selling book, Intuitive Eating, and her body of work and continuing efforts as a key player in the field of dietetics has made an impact on so many lives, including my own. Evelyn is also an avid athlete, runner, surfer, and so much more. She discusses her background in running in the episode, such as her experience running in the first ever women's Olympic Marathon Trials for the USA and how runners can incorporate Intuitive Eating Principles into their fueling strategy.

A must-listen for all runners
I’ve learned so much since I started listening to Holley’s podcast a year ago and it has without a doubt made me a better runner. There’s a lot of running “influencers” out there that proclaim to be subject matter experts but Holley truly is an expert with the degrees, certifications and research to back it up. She’s also been very responsive and helpful the few times I’ve reached out to her directly. I highly recommend this podcast for runners of all levels.
