In these uncertain times, we need digital poets: those who use technology not for selfies, but to help us make sense of the chaos and teach us how to be better human beings. It’s not virtue signaling. It’s not going around canceling everything. It’s a proactive measure vs. a reactive response. Often the best way to solve a current problem is to realize it really isn’t current at all. It turns out poets have been combatting uncertainty, chaos, and selfie culture since before "selfie" was even a word.
