    People Pleasing: a person who has an emotional need to please others often at the expense of his or her own needs or desires. I used to be a people pleaser. It wasn't fun. I put everyones needs before mine. I second guessed everything I did to try to make others happy. It wasn't fun. I am going to go over 10 Signs of people pleasing. This isn't meant to make you feel bad if you are one. This is meant to bring awareness, because awareness is the first step!

    So if you’re someone looking to worry less, stop second guessing your decisions and start doing more of what makes YOU happy without always searching for the approval of others this might be for you! Inspiring.

This is one of my favorite podcasts as it is so relevant to anything I might be going through. Helpful, useful, real….

This is one of the most practical and useful podcasts I have ever listened to! This podcast asks people to share what they’re honestly going through, without the effort of trying to make it all seem fine to others. Mel doesn’t hold back on sharing her own experiences either. It is sometimes funny, sometimes sad, sometimes both, this podcast lets you know you’re not alone and there is still happiness, peace, and joy in life. It’s a journey, there’s healing, there is a bright side of life. 🌻💛
