Doc in Austin ,

You don’t need to see where you’re going…

The information in Healthers podcasts are real, raw and realizing-after practicing ER medicine for 27 years, I’m ready to pivot to a more consistent and comfortable, non-clinical position that allows me to have creativity, consistency, and calm. Thank you Heather for guiding us to discuss in a safe and positive light our concerns and curiosities. We CAN pivot and thrive and make a difference in a career in non-clinical Medicine. Grateful that Heather gives us the platform to do so.
