Renae Ogle on good vibrations
On this episode I interview my dear friend and fellow mover Renae Ogle. Renae has had a life in movement, growing up in the dance world and training in the Pilates Method from her teenage years. She taught Pilates in the top studios in the 90’s and like me, was in one of the early waves of teachers that spread Pilates to mainstream Australia at the beginning in the early two thousands. She has run successful Pilates studios in Newcastle and in the last decade has developed her vocal and piano skills performing and teaching in between raising a family.
