Just what I needed!

I found Chris on TikTok and started listening to his podcasts and I’ve noticed that I’m constantly pushing play to it as I’m working out or going for a walk. It’s like he’s talking directly towards me and knows exactly what I’m thinking and going through. I love how real and encouraging he is! If your looking for great motivation, give it to you straight without sugar coating it, all the while helping you develop this mind set you need to keep on a long lasting wellness track into your weight loss journey, then Chris is your guy!

I found Chris on TT after deciding I really can’t diet or fast anymore. That if I’m to stop yo-yo weight fluctuations, I need something sane and sustainable. I am so inspired and this podcast keeps me going!
