Book Review: "Lessons in Chemistry"
Dr. Elizabeth Zot is a brilliant, gifted research chemist navigating the male-dominated world of academia in the late 1950s and early 1960s who becomes a single mother and a TV cooking show host after being fired from her job at Hastings Research Institute.
That's the basic plot, but there's more to "Chemistry" beneath its surface (it's entertaining and makes you think).
