Enjoyable for Curbies!
I have listened to the Seinfeld podcast for quite awhile, and now the same guys who did the Seinfeld - I don’t want to be a secondary character! podcast are now out with a Curb your Enthusiasm podcast. Enjoyable, pleasant, and pretty pretty pretty good!
Fun Show But Hosts Get Lost In Translation
I enjoy this podcast for the most part but because the hosts are not American, they miss out on the subtle and hilarious story lines that often reflect whats going on in American culture, therefore failing to discuss the genius of LD and his team of writers. For example, Season 8, Episode 7 “The Bi Sexual”, the hosts completely missed the juicing reference when Larrys GF doesn’t let him into the Baseball Hall of Fame because he is taking Viagra to enhance his sexual performance. Its absolutely genius writing and the hosts just don’t get it. Its just one example but it happens here and there and thats frustrating & disappointing.
