    Beginner’s Guide to Investing

The #1 reason women don't invest is fear. Fear of getting started. Fear of “doing it wrong.” The implications of these fears are massive. So, this Money Monday, I’m walking you through the biggest questions I get about investing and sharing a few tools I have personally used to save my first $100K in the hopes that more women will push fear aside, and start taking control over their financial life.

Closing the Wealth & Investing Gap for Women, with Sallie Krawcheck

You’ve heard of the pay gap, but there’s an even bigger and more terrifying stat you should be worried about -- the wealth gap. I chat with this week’s guest, Sallie Krawcheck (Ellevest), about the wealth and investment gap between men and women, why women are not investing at the same rate as their male counterparts, and the tangible ways we can begin to close the gap.

Sallie Krawcheck is the founder of Ellevest, a digital-first financial company built by women for women.

More Than Just Money

Flat out, Tori is AMAZING. I have always been aware of the basics when it comes to my personal finances (budgeting, ROTH, 401k) but never really had a clear goal or focus or motivation, just doing it because I knew it was “right”. Listening to Tori has opened my eyes SO much more. From the get go she is so passionate about educating females about financing. She breaks everything down so simply so it’s money is no longer a scary topic and it’s more easy to approach. One of my favorite things about this podcast is how honest she is. The topics on women/people of color are the hard and honest truth. Being a WOC these are things I often tried to ignore but the more I recognize them the more it motivates me to be financially literate. So thank you Tori for being so transparent, so open & non-intimidating, and overall just a great resource for all women no matter where you are at in your journey of personal finance.

YES TORI

I started following tori on tiktok and decided to give the podcast a try. I just can’t praise her enough. She not only knows what she’s talking about but wants to empower you to take charge of your finances and your life. A must listen for all women, honestly.
