I love Nick Anderson. This is a great podcast. Hehehe. In all seriousness it’s refreshing to listen to someone who doesn’t demonize food or make you feel like trash for going over your calories. Nick’s sustainable and approachable outlook on fitness is so needed (and fun to listen to.)

This podcast is so helpful! I love that he has guests that talk about all different areas of fitness from body building to eating disorders! 12/10 would recommend! Easy to listen to on the ride to work.
