I want to like this podcast…

Ok the good: the topics are interesting. Of the three hosts, one seems to be well-organized and leads the conversation. Each time, I tune in hoping some of the poor qualities will have gotten better because I genuinely want to like this podcast.

Not-so-good: the sound quality is bad. One person is clear, the rest are low-volume and muffled. Two of the hosts act like they were made to do this podcast against their will. They seem terrified to speak, don’t come very prepared, and even complain when they’re asked questions.

I wanted To Like This Podcast

I Wanted To Like This Podcast so much. However, the lead host was extremely annoying. Finding a volume to listen to the podcast was impossible, because the lead host would literally scream and blow your eardrums out the back of your head. As an avid reader I love the idea of a podcast that discusses books, and helps me decide on new books to add to my library. However, I just could not get beyond how obnoxiously loud the lead host was on this podcast. I may try it again in the future, And if some of the newer programs do not require me to keep changing the volume level, I will revise my review… I am not trying to be negative I am just trying to be honest. 😞
