Just listened to the "Powerful Content Prompts" episode and I felt a huge SHIFT of relief with Kathryn's permission slip to not create content for the sake of creating content, but instead doing it when it feels aligned and your creative juices are flowing. I listened to a few more episodes and Kathryn does an excellent job of introducing refreshing ideas, while reinforcing optimization and sustainability.
