Episode 16 - Marcus Aurelius! To hide under the covers or to get up and face the challenge!

Episode 16 - Marcus Aurelius! To hide under the covers or to get up and face the challenge!

We select a passage that runs alongside Jamies story from episode 12 and 13 to look at the importance of our role and transitioning from that moment of not wanting to face the day to thriving as the challenge is overcome.

We want to bring you a guide for life! Breaking down the unique wisdom of some of the greatest minds that have ever existed proven by the fact that the teachings of the stoics are still in existence today! But so few of us manage to realise the true meaning and value of many of these great philosophical works within the context of modern society.

Hillemeier ,

Great information.

This is a great podcast. Accessible and easily understood even to one very new to philosophy like myself. Well done. Please do more.

Wonderful gift to my son

Such a helpful podcast! In my first iteration of my review, I noted that one of the hosts was interrupting the other often. I think he was truly so excited about the content that that’s why it happened. Please, please, please bring these regular episodes back! I am sharing them both directly and indirectly through reinforcement with our son who has experienced adversity. Your message is very powerful and should continue. Thank you for making the time to do such valuable content!
