It's tournament season for Destination Imagination teams! In this special edition episode of Roadmap+, we sit down with Amanda Potter and Erica Begun-Veenstra for some pointers about how to talk to your teams after your tournaments. They offer advice on how/if to adapt your solution between tournaments, how to help your team navigate big feelings a loss, and give a special shoutout to Brene Brown!
