Welcome to Doorward Thinking, the show where we challenge the ways we all think about life and work.

We’re all friends working in a Social Real Estate startup, and we know sometimes it’s tough to manage everything life throws our way. At one time or another, we’ve all felt that if we could take the leap to build something of our own, we could have better lives and contribute something of value to the world. That’s why we started Doorward.

But this isn’t a show about real estate technology. It’s a show about what we value - stepping back and reframing our situations, embracing our freedom, taking a leap, and remembering what matters - things we know everybody wants to do. Our hope is to contribute something, big or small, to your thoughts about how we can all live our best lives.

As we search for truth in our own lives, we'll cover a variety of topics and share very candid and real conversations getting to the heart of our humanity. We’ll even have some special guests join us for some extra insight.

Open a new door each week with our host Nate LeBlanc, as well as regular contributors Daniel Jakubisin, Stephen Aydt, Peter Costanzo and Matthew Klem, for your weekly dose of candor, laughs, and contemplation.
