On May 10th, we were joined by Special Guest, Hector Martinez. Hector started his career in the finance but transitioned over to real estate in 2020. Since starting his REI Business, Hector and his team have done many 6 figure flips, wholesale deals, and have acquired multiple Air BnBs and rentals.

On May 3rd at 6 PM EST we had Jeffrey Johnson, Real Estate investor who flipped 57 homes with 1.8MM in revenue in 2021, and has flipped +30 homes in 2022 Q1. Jeffrey will tell us the importance of adaptation to change, success and growth mindset, how to hire the right people and why making money matters.

Meet Ryan Cronin, a 23-year-old who graduated college a year ago and started working in B2B sales. On the side, he started his own wholesaling business and that is how he came across us.

We hosted Ryan Pineda! He has been in the real estate industry since 2010. Began his career as Realtor and soon realized that wasn’t the path he wanted to continue on. In 2015 with only $10,000 in the bank, he began flipping houses. Since then he has flipped hundreds of homes, purchased hundreds of rentals, and opened other multi-million dollar businesses. He has amassed over a million followers on social media where he teaches others how to build wealth and freedom.
