    What Seeds Are You Planting?

    What Seeds Are You Planting?

Every thought we have is a seed, planted inside us, which will later bloom.

We all have many seed thoughts that we have allowed to be planted, watered and grown. Unchecked thoughts control us without our awareness. To prevent planting harmful seeds, we must check and challenge our thoughts regularly. Like dance haunted me, many of our thoughts control us without our awareness. Realizing I created the monster of disappointment, I empowered myself to dismantle it. Awareness is the key to breaking free from the cycle. Now that we know how it works lets reverse it.  Plant a seed thought right now, say, “I am” then add whatever great thing you’re afraid to believe about yourself.  Like I would say, “I am an amazing dancer”. Now bury the thought by sharing it with everyone you know, watch what grows!

    The Five Punishment Languages

    The Five Punishment Languages

Remington uses the book by Gary Chapman, “The Five Love Languages” as a way to see how we can use what a person loves as a tool to punish them. The five punishment languages explain how the same actions that shows love to our children, can be the tool to hurt them. Using the five love languages as an example, we break down what the languages look like in action for both love and punishment. And how we can change our behavior. Our Inner Bully

    Our Inner Bully

Remington talks with the village about our Inner Bully, and how our thoughts about things, people, and situations grow into actions. We will examine how our judgments in others are what gives light onto our own imperfections. Remington relates “The Butterfly Affect”, in judging others, is consistent and relentless judgment of ourselves (our Inner Bully). We just fail to connect the dots. To sum it all up, if you see good in others, it’s easier to see good in ourselves. If you see bad in others it’s easier to see bad in ourselves. Our Inner Bully has a weak spot y’all!
