Liz King has a wonderful way of illustrating concepts and ideas that not only teach me new things but also gives me a good laugh when I need it most. The show provides a much needed positive perspective on working out, dieting, and overall believing in yourself that this is all a journey and it’s entirely your own.
This is the best fitness podcast out there! Literally life changing for someone who has struggled with fitness for years!
To the point
My favorite thing about this podcast is she gets straight to the point. There’s no dragging on for 20 minutes about stuff that has nothing to do with the episode but Liz does a great job by sticking to the episode and not getting off track. Also I like that she usually doesn’t have guests I like getting to hear one person talk instead of 2 or 3 people talking over eachother
