She helps you untangle what’s going on with yourself so you can ultimately bring that healing and peace and growth to your relationship. She not only explains dynamics that can occur in a way that is nonjudgmental but also gives detailed guidance and concrete examples of how to handle situations without making it the ONLY way to handle them. Listening to this show can truly help you learn about yourself, communication, relationships, and growth. I recommended it to a friend in a difficult relationship and relied on some of the teachings during my own. This is never a waste of time. And also her voice is just so soothing! hahah

Anxious Guy...so glad I found this.

While it might be a common misconception that men don't experience anxious attachment, it does happen and I am one of these unicorns. Found Stephanie over a year ago following a life changing breakup and while she doesn't know me, she has been my companion and strengthened me since then to be better and more secure. I'm so glad I found her. Ps: I didn't think the perfect voice existed but she has it!
