    Andy moved to Rangely in the fall of 1990 to attend the CNCC Aviation program. He spent two years in the program, graduating in 1992, with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Aviation Technology, achieving a CFI and CFII.  In the fall of the following year, he took a position as an instructor at CNCC in the Aviation program.

    He then spent several years working for Ducey Electric as an apprentice electrician.  In 1997 Andy went to work for Brenton Service Company where he earned his Journeyman Electrical License.  A year later, seeking opportunities to provide a better lifestyle for his family, he transitioned into the natural gas field.  

    Andy has also volunteered at the Rangely Fire Department for 27 years and served on Rangely's Town Council for six years, four as a councilman and two as Mayor.

    "Born and raised in Rangely, Lisa graduated from Rangely High School and received an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. She and her husband, a Rangely native, also have two daughters.

    After graduating from college, Lisa moved back to Rangely and started working for Colorado Well Service, which later became Key Energy Services where she held various accounting positions, eventually becoming the Business Manager and Treasurer. In 2006 she came to the Town of Rangely as the Treasurer and became the Town Clerk in 2012. Her background includes all phases of accounting, payroll, and Human Resources.

    Lisa's service to the Town of Rangely did not start with her employment. She has served on the Rangely School Board, Rangely School Foundation Board, Rangely Hurricane, Rangely Soccer Association and is currently serving as an advisor to the Rangely Area Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Rangely Junior College District Board."
