Validating my belief

This podcast really helped me during my most difficult time in my life to feel that I am not alone and I can get through this.

Dr Jinhee Park MD ,

Very authentic and healing for many people who are struggling to overcome emotional trauma…..

I love the way the hosts are so open to sharing their experiences having gone through difficult situations and being vulnerable to help others guide them through similar situations. They are very authentic and supportive. It’s a breath of fresh air in a world of people being so fake to look perfect on the outside on social media.

Real, emotional and human

I love the dynamic between Dr. Sari and Emily, you can tell they both have so much wisdom to share. Their stories and experiences mirror my own and it feels like listening to two longtime friends chatting. A must listen!
