Not Totally Sure What to Say

Not Totally Sure What to Say

If you had to write 1 sentence to sum up your life, what would it say? This week, Candis delves into the profound life of Nephi through the lens of a single sentence that encapsulates his journey: "The Lord commanded me and I must obey." Drawing inspiration from the fourth Article of Faith, she'll discuss the importance of enduring, taking the Spirit as a guide, and praying always as key elements in your own spiritual journey. Finally, we reflect on Nephi's testimony and the challenge to prepare to meet him by embodying these principles.

Finding Inspiration

I stumbled upon Candis’ podcast while seeking additional resources for my Sunday school classes. Since the beginning of this year, I’ve taken on the responsibility of teaching high school juniors and seniors. Candis’ insights have not only enhanced my teaching methods but have also had a profound impact on my personal life. Although her target audience is the youth of the Church, her message resonates with me deeply.

Two standout qualities define Candis for me: her unwavering love for Christ and her remarkable relatability, which surpasses that of any other podcaster I’ve encountered. Regardless of age, Candis offers something valuable to everyone.

Candis, your dedication to spreading the word of the Lord is deeply appreciated. Your efforts have a ripple effect that extends far beyond what you may realize. Thank you.

Wonderful!!

I absolutely love this podcast! Though it is aimed at youth, as a 45 year old I still get a ton out of it! I am so grateful for the insights, helpful reminders, and encouraging way it is all presented. Thank you for the time and spunk you bring to the messages. This is one of my very favorite podcasts to listen to each week!

Candis is so fun to listen to. She is so relatable, and it’s the perfect amount of time for our family to stay engaged.
