Bite-sized episodes jam-packed with helpful tips

Dr. Nancy Fournier has a wealth of experience running non-profits and coaching EDs , and this podcast offers great actionable practical advice on boosting board engagement, staff effectiveness and personal productivity. Even an experienced ED can find a tip to use right away.

I’m looking forward to more episodes and I think boards might consider hiring Nancy for some streamlined coaching sessions for their ED.
