Love from an Atheist

I never thought I would benefit so much from listening to a podcast about spiritual lessons. Each time I listen to a talk, I get something new out of it. Tara’s choice of storytelling gives you so much room to reflect on your own circumstances and find acceptance of yourself, others, and the macroscopic world.

Grateful

These have been so nourishing for me while taking a retreat time to stop and look inward and make friends with the things I’ve been avoiding by asking questions, learning to let things be and then keep inquiring.
Listened to the talk on radical acceptance today. What an impactful reflection. I love picturing how, if imperfection was suddenly removed, the waves of the ocean would stop, and everything that is would stop, and love would have nowhere to go.
