This podcast is amazing. Find the good episodes. They have episodes on anything. I personally love the combination of scientific, factual and natural, alternative ideas. There’s something for everyone.

Good insight

I’m glad I found this podcast. Lots of insight, lots of great tips, and calming hosts. Motivates me to try techniques for understanding and dealing with my anxiety and definitely makes you feel less alone as you realize that many, many people feel the same things which I already knew but it still helps hearing it. It’s like having free therapy in the privacy of your own home.
