Professor James R. Bettinger is the Director of the John S. Knight Fellowships for Professional Journalists of Stanford University's Department of Communications, and he is the Chaiman of the Board of Directors at KZSU. He worked as a reporter, an editorial writer, and editor at both the California Riverside Press-Enterprise as well as the San Jose Mercury News after graduating with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara. From 1989, he has been the director of Knight Fellowships Program and on September 1, 2000, he became the program's director. Professor Bettinger was kind enough to have taken time to bring a great mix of music to share.
