The other human activity is always mental health. And there’s no sex
I’ve been a fan of Cave Comedy and finally decided to try this one. Every episode focuses on the host’s mental illnesses. I don’t know what I expected. Maybe more of a Dr. Drew Loveline type of thing but this is way off the mark. 67 episodes in and I’ve had my fill. The minute long intro of Henry blabbering around has become intolerable. The hosts spend soooo much time talking about all their personal crap for so long, they barely get to the reader mail. And then it’s always another long, boring episode about mental health. I get it. You’re screwed in the head. And so are lots of other people. Hell! We probably all are. I’m just tired of listening. Also, they’re liberals. Most of the time I can see past that so it’s not always an issue. But I hardly want to hear about their mental issues, let alone an ignorant, misguided, childish rant about their socialist ideals.
Good if you want to learn about mental health and the struggles of being an “artistic type” living in NYC. Bad if you were hoping for anything else. Unsubscribe
