One Sixty Niiiice
Welcome to the annual $#!t show production of Masters of the Forge. This time we are joined by Brian, Carl, and Eric to talk about stuff that's on our minds. As with other $#!t show productions, his episode is explicit.
Faith and Iron on Crusade
If you're interested in running a Warhammer 40k army that worships one of the two main interpretations of the Emperor's divinity, this is the episode for you! In this one, we discuss the Crusade content for the Adeptus Mechanicus and the Adepta Sororitas.
STC Apotheosis and AoS 3
We've got a real crunchy barn-burner this episode with some rules for crafting custom 40k Characters. We also chat about the new edition Age of Sigmar including Path to Glory and gameplay feedback from Dave, Kendrick, and Tucker.
Episode 166 - Deacon of Wounds
Our saturation of all things fecund and vile continues with some Black Library content this time. We were lucky enough to be joined by author, David Annandale to chat about his Warhammer Horror novel, Deacon of Wounds. We discussed the novel itself, of course, but also Warhammer Horror and writing in general.
Deacon of Wounds on Black Library:
Intro: 0:00:00 - 0:33:10
Interview: 0:33:10 - 1:32:06
Outro: 1:32:06 - end
The Dead Men and the Ferric Hosts
In this packed episode, we chat with Jon about the narrative for his Death Guard army, the Dead Men. We've also come up with some custom rules to go with the theme of his army including a vehicle-heavy army of renown and a narrative mission.
Great narrative focus
As a fan of the narrative behind Warhammer, I love listening to this podcast. Always a must listen when new episodes are released.
Great Narrative Podcast
With all the focus on competitive 40k it is nice to listen to a podcast that focuses on the narrative aspect and having fun with other casual players.
Great lore podcast
I’ve tried a number of 40k podcasts and MotF is the only one I’ve stuck with and consistently come back to. The hosts are great. Content-wise, I listen exclusively for the lore and Kill Team stuff (I don’t play full scale 40k). Some time stamps in the show notes would be great, like when it’s hobby talk, lore stuff, and on-the-table rules section. Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome!!
