The Kinship and the Resistance consider each other “the enemy within” the dome, but with Joe McAlister’s help (very literally speaking), they are all soon without the dome. But the government comes in and wants to make sure that word of a thwarted alien invasion doesn’t get out to the general public. All the residents agree, and they are free to start living their lives again.

Oh, did I say “thwarted” invasion? Hmmm

CMG25 – S3E10 – Aktaion Arrives After Activating an Alien

Eva goes from 0 to full term in just a few minutes, while the “Kin-wives” gives their lives for the new Queen. CMG24 – S3E09 – Barbie’s Battery Boost, and Big Jim’s B

So, Big Jim, what’s plan B? Getting cornered in town with the kinship on all sides? Did that work better than “True Love’s Kiss” (™) on Barbie?

    I think not.

Oh, and Barbie? Karen (and reader Barb) have no time for you after kicking Indy. I can’t even…

    CMG23 – S3E08 – Karen Calls the Cataclysm Counterfeit

    CMG23 – S3E08 – Karen Calls the Cataclysm Counterfeit

Our very own Horoscope columnist Karen called it! She figured out that the pink stars falling in lines that our denizens of Chester’s Mill saw was really an IMAX showing of Apocalypse Now. Or more like Apocalypse Not Really.

This week, however, we discuss Jim Rennie, James Watt, and some great acting by Dean Norris (Big Jim), Aisha Hins (Carolyn), and the breaking point reached by Mackenzie Lintz (Norrie). Is our intrepid band of resistance fighters already being torn apart? Is Barbie really all-in with the Kinship? And is Indy really a good judge of character?

All this and more in this issue of the Chester’s Mill Gazette; on the newsstands everywhere. And in your ear.

Annoying nitpicking at times

I enjoy and listen to most of the podcasts GSM produces. I like this podcast most of the time except that sometimes they waste a lot of time with the nitpicking.

O . . . K . . .

So I’m listening to CG-10 and the nitpicking over the computer hand waving cracked me up. A show about a huge, impermeable dome, and a portal in a bottomless pit, and she gets worked up about improbable techie stuff!! Really? Really!?! There’s a reason why it’s called science fiction not science fact.

Love the podcast

Face it UtD is a silly show and the only reason I watch the show is to listen to Karen and Doug. The Chester's Mills Gazette is clever (newspaper reporter format) and funny. I love the Barbie of the week. Doug and Karen also are thoughtful and listening to them makes the show easier to watch the show. I missed this podcast in the off season. I highly recommend this podcast, and I am so happy that the Chester's Mills Gazette is back for this season. Thanks!
