Informative, fun and useful not just fitness!

I used to ❤️ my Turbofire dvd workouts and when looking for something new to listen to found that Chalene has a podcast. Her workout videos as a trainer were always motivational, informative yet super energized and fun. So I thought I’d give her podcast a try when I go on my long walks with my pup. Lo and behold, all those same qualities in her fitness she approaches in the same way in her podcast. Her curiosities, businesses, advice and interviews are fun, motivating, super informative but with genuineness. Love Chalene’s podcast-lots of variety of topics, not just heath and fitness with lots laughs too! A++++!

So informational with a fun twist

Chalene strikes a wonderful balance between being informational and enjoyable! She is so knowledgeable on so many things fitness and health-related but breaks it down to a level anyone can understand! An absolute fave podcast for quick, witty, understandable, and knowledgeable information on health and fitness!
