    #156-157 The Kazanjian Brothers

    #156-157 The Kazanjian Brothers

The two guys that faked Katarina's death are now on Red's radar but they are not the ones that Red should truly be concerned about.
Support the Show! Be sure to #FillTheFedora on Patreon.
Case Profile for #156-157 The Kazanjian Brothers Frank Merwin is an accountant for criminals and one of those criminals has hired The Kazanjian Brothers to watch over Merwin as he makes his way from New York to D.C.  Turns out these same brothers are the ones that were hired by Katarina to fake her death back in the fall finale. They were paid the bounty from Townsend for proving her death.  This bounty then went to pay Katarina her portion as all as a small amount to a mystery person.  So why is she still interested in Red?  That mystery lies with the Sokorski Archives, information that she has been accused of stealing but does not have.  Red may hold information about the archives that Katarina needs.
Elsewhere Liz is struggling to decided which side of the conflict she should be on. Should she stayed partnered with Red and take down this woman she believes is her mother, or should she side with Katarina and finally get the answers she has been seeking sine the start of her and Red's coincidental encounter back in S1. Whichever side she chooses, Liz is animated that she will learn the truth when Season 8 returns soon.
We also had a conversation with two of the editors of this episode in an exclusive behind the scenes interview in the making of the episode.   Be sure to stick around to hear from Chris Brookshire and Elyse Holloway as they share just how much work went into making this episode of the blacklist a reality.
The Kazanjian Brothers in Pictures Here are a just a few of our favorite scenes from this week.

The Music for The Kazanjian Brothers Two very recognizable scenes this week.  During the hotel scene when Liz and Ressler find the Brothers we hear "Ballroom Blitz" by Sweet.  Then at the end of the episode when Liz turns into Batman we hear "Painted Black" from the Rolling Stones.
You can hear this song via the official Blacklist playlist on Spotify or the same playlist recreated by us on Apple Music.

Carlieeeeee ,

Best podcast out here!

I recently binged through the Blacklist until watching The Brockton College Killer live. After the major reveals in the last few episodes I decided I needed to rewatch and at the same time found this podcast. I started listening with The Brockton College Killer, but ended up going back to the episodes from the beginning. This podcast just keeps getting better. It’s awesome to listen to current theories, but even better to see just how right or how very wrong the guys were with their theories. I can’t wait for the Blacklist premiere, but I’m just as excited for new episodes of the podcast! I love your theories and insights! Keep up the good work!!!

Love Aaron and Troy's banter

I look forward to this podcast every week! I love Aaron and Troy's banter. Their relationship is what makes this a great podcast. The interviews are amazing and such a fun way to peek into the inner workings of one of my favorite TV shows. I enjoy Aaron's theories and reality based comments!

The Blacklist Exposed podcast

My absolute favorite podcasts. These guys really know how to explain The blacklist in colorful detail. I’ve been watching this show since the pilot and loved every minute of it counting the days till it comes back on however, this show can get very confusing, and they really do a great job explaining all the details , including all the songs, And they’re very funny. They really play well off each other.
The commentary is so great that it has kept me watching the blacklist because it was getting too confusing for me to understand with all the twists and turns.since I’ve been listening to them I’m Obsessed ,with the show and their podcast. Thank you so much. If it weren’t for you I wouldn’t even know what a Fulcrum was.And I’m not the only one.I also appreciate their great knowledge and ability to recognize such great a great actor as James Spader. Without him there is no show.
