You may already know the power of color and how different colors affect our mood. But there is so much more to the psychology of color and its impact on our environment. Today my guest in shine is Mehnaz Kahn, a color psychologist. Mehnaz assists people in creating an environment that supports them emotionally,  physically,  and psychologically.

Through a personality assessment, Mehnaz determines what shapes, colors and textures will work best in your home to assist you in achieving a state of well-being.  She tells us that if you aren't productive chances are you have colors in your environment that crush your productivity. The same holds true for sleeplessness. If you don't have the right colors to support you in your bedroom then a good night's sleep is most likely out of the question.

It's a fascinating subject based on science! It's not about trends, it's about who you are as a person and what makes you truly shine!
