We have the common 12 episode anime length as an "entry level", followed by the 24 episode variety (or 12 episodes split into two parts). Lastly, we have the uncommon 52 episode offerings. But when one should be considered lucky if their favorite anime are either Dragon Ball, Naruto, and One Piece from the very beginning.
